Monitoring and cybersecurity for your business

We keep an eye on servers, network, website and backups around the clock. If something is off, you get a message on your phone and we take care of it.

Servers, NAS, routers, websites and backups usually just work. Until one day something stops and nobody notices. That is why we built our own monitoring and use it ourselves every day. Now we offer it to your business too: we keep an eye on your tech, you get a message on your phone when it matters, and we take care of it.

  • 1 to 5 min measuring interval for all values
  • 24/7 monitoring, at night and at weekends too
  • ~32,000 attacker addresses blocked by an upstream firewall
  • 2× a week status report by email

Overview

  • Status at a glance

The start page only shows what stands out. A big traffic light and below it the points that need attention: a service is offline, a device stops reporting, the last backup is older than 30 hours, a certificate expires in under 14 days, storage is 90 % full, updates are pending or a domain expires in under 30 days.

  • Network map

An animated overview shows the path from the internet to the server and the virtual machine, on to the services, the NAS, the backups and the phone. Split into "on site" and "external". The colour of each line shows its live status. All system versions are listed right next to it.

  • Metrics and forecasts

CPU, memory, network, temperature and storage per device as charts. A forecast tells you when storage is likely to be full. Plus availability in percent for 24 hours, 7 and 30 days with response time, an hourly speed test and router events.

  • Websites and domains

Is the website online? How long is the certificate still valid? When does the domain expire? You get a push message 30 days in advance. A DNS check shows whether the records are correct.

  • Cybersecurity

A dedicated page shows attacks: login attempts, SSH brute force and web scans, the most common countries of origin and a world map. Every attacking address gets a profile with its reputation, plus an archive. An upstream firewall blocks around 32,000 known addresses from public blocklists. A push message only comes when there is real risk, such as a successful login by a stranger or a wave of attacks. Everyday bot noise stays silent on purpose.

  • Backups

An overview with a countdown to the next backup. Backups are stored encrypted and deduplicated on the NAS, along with database backups and snapshots taken while systems keep running. Restoring is tested and documented step by step. If a backup fails, you get a push message.

  • Push messages

Our own push server sends messages to the Android app and as web push. For emergencies there is a second, external route. Emails only arrive as a combined warning mail. With two-way push a yes or no question lands on your phone, and an approval takes a single tap. Push channels are set up per project, for example for a new enquiry from the website.

  • Maintenance in one click

The update check shows what is pending. A list shows all automations. Actions run with one click from a fixed list of allowed commands: back up now, update firewall, malware scan, restart service. Remote restarts work too.

  • Status report

Twice a week a report arrives by email. The traffic light is already in the subject line, so you see at once whether everything is fine.

  • A secure dashboard

Log in with a passkey via Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or Windows Hello, two-factor with an authenticator app or confirmation by push on your phone. On a PC the dashboard logs you out after 30 minutes. After 5 failed attempts a warning goes out. Search engines cannot find it. It installs as an app, has light and dark mode and is built for thumb use.

How it is built

A monitor must not run on the device it watches. If the server goes down, someone still has to raise the alarm. That is why the watchdog runs externally on purpose.

  • Small collector programs on the devices send read-only values outwards every 1 to 5 minutes, secured with a key.
  • No admin access from the dashboard into the company network. The devices fetch actions themselves, and only commands from the allow list.
  • Encrypted VPN instead of open ports. Nothing extra becomes reachable from outside.
  • Proven open source building blocks such as ntfy for push, Kopia and restic for backups, Tailscale for the VPN, Chart.js for charts and Leaflet for maps.

For your business

We connect your tech: servers, NAS, router, website and backups. You do not need to learn anything or check a dashboard every day.

  • Push to your phone

You get a message when something is really going on. No constant noise, only what counts.

  • Status report

Twice a week an email tells you how your tech is doing. The traffic light is in the subject line.

  • We respond

When the monitoring reports a problem, we look into it and take care of it. Before you notice it in your daily work.

A conversation costs nothing. Tell us what tech runs in your business and we will tell you what we can keep an eye on. From Prad, for businesses across the Vinschgau and South Tyrol.
